TheBroth is a fast growing startup making games in downtown San Francisco. We've already created some of the most popular social games on Facebook (Barn Buddy and Kickmania) and now we're building the next generation of game franchises.

We need Flash/ActionScript 3 developers to help us add features to our flagship game Barn Buddy (currently over 1.2 million daily(!) users with a big growth curve) and work on our next innovative game ideas. You'll be the one that brings the work of our amazing art team to life.

You'll be an extremely nimble, highly energetic problem solver with the sense of urgency to develop games and implement features quickly. Technically, you're an expert in AS3 and Flash 10, with strong knowledge of Flash optimization techniques. Any other languages and technologies you're familiar with (such as php/mysql) are icing on the cake. You're likely to have a CS degree, but for us, the most important thing is relevant experience developing Flash based games. A strong team player, you're comfortable working with a group of diverse artists and programmers in an agile development environment.
